What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is at 4:30pm. Check-out is at 10am.

When I go on vacation I like to go all-out. What services, if any, do you have to offer?
The resident inn keepers, Stan and Penny, are well connected to Lake Tahoe's best businesses. They can help you plan numerous outdoor activities such as boat rentals and bike rentals as well as recommend some great hiking trails. They can also arrange for a personal chef to come to your unit and prepare a full-course meal. During the winter they can even arrange for you to be sized and fitted for skis and boots - without you having to leave your unit!

I enjoy cooking, is the kitchen stocked?
In addition to a full compliment of professional Viking kitchen appliances, each kitchen has been fully equipped with essential cooking utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, and serving plates. Food is not supplied but there is Safeway (with a Starbucks inside) located directly across the street.

Is transportation available to Heavenly during the ski season?
Yes, there is a Blue-Go shuttle stop less than fifty yards from the Sierra Shores entrance that runs to the Heavenly Village gondolas.

Do any of the units allow smoking?
No, Sierra Shores is a non-smoking complex - smoking is not permitted in any units or in the common area.

How about pets?
No, pets are not allowed in any unit or in the common area.
